“I can’t be my real self because people will judge me…”

“I can’t pursue my dreams because I don’t know what I’d do if I fail…”

“I have so many interests I don’t know which one to pursue.”

“I’m afraid I’m falling behind in life.”

Are beliefs like these holding you back from doing what you want to do? Do you feel like you don’t even know what you want to do? Are you struggling to make decisions and spending way too much time procrastinating?

Here’s your roadmap.

I created this two week program to help you get unstuck so you can start making decisions and taking action to get you where you want to go in life – and if you’re not even sure where that might be, don’t worry – we tackle that too.  Together we will work on understanding what is holding you back & how to get rid of it as well as dusting off (or excavating – let’s be real) your internal compass. You will find lots of clarity on what you want in life and how to get it – no.more.confusion.

Thinking maybe?

Ok girl, I get it. The first time I signed up for coaching, I overthought it. I kept getting all excited then talking myself out of it – for months.

Here’s the deal: fear wants to keep you safe and sound in your comfort zone, right where you are right now. Fear doesn’t want anything to change, even if you kind of hate life in the comfort zone. Fear prefers the painful known reality to the totally mysterious unknown reality.

Your fear is going to try to talk you out this. 100%. What I want you to know is that I’ve been there. I know how uncomfortable this can be. I’m a real live person who has stood (ok, sat) right where you are sitting right now.

What I learned is that a leap of faith paid off.

You can do this.

I believe in you.

I’ve been in your shoes.

I’ll guide you.

Let’s do this.

They’ve been in your shoes too:

Samantha really hears me and just gets me. She’s wildly encouraging but doesn’t tip toe when I need an intervention or guidance. When I talk with Samantha, I get space in my life that is purely dedicated to me and improving where I’m at in my life. Samantha gives me permission to be me and the know-how to stand my ground in everyday life.

Sam is simply the best! As a twenty something thrown out into the world I have had difficulty adapting and understanding my purpose and the general ins and outs of life. I am so happy I got introduced to her because she has helped me enormously and I couldn’t be more grateful.
